John Egan scored in his second consecutive game for Sheffield United as he headed home from a late, late corner as the Blades beat off the challenge of Wolves earlier this evening.

Egan, who only last scored three days ago, when he blasted home on the volley during his side’s draw with Burnley has now scored in League Two, League One, the Championship and the Premier League as he continues to rally from the back with his side fighting to secure a European place for next season.

Ireland manager Stephen Kenny will be no doubt hoping his good form can continue ahead of a busy autumn period of international football.
