We are back after a lengthy absence but hopefully it is with a winning selection to keep our good run going.

Expect goals when Shamrock Rovers host Bray Wanderers at Tallaght Stadium tonight.

According to the stat packed Irishfootieindex there is only a 1.9pc chance that Rovers will fail to score against Bray.

They are chances we like, in fact we like them so much we reckon there is going to be four or more goals in the game so we shall be dipping into the over 3.5 goals market with Paddy Power.

Games between the sides have often been quite high scoring affairs too. When the sides met back in April it ended in a 2-2 draw and twice last season games between the sides produced four or more goals.

Bray's form has certainly dipped in recent weeks and they have only won one of their last ten games in all competitions.

However the Hoops defence has looked very suspect at times this season and a Bray attack which includes an in-form Jason Byrne could take advantage of that.

Incredibly only UCD, Dundalk and Bray have conceded more goals than the Tallaght side.

The pressure is growing by the minute on Rovers boss Stephen Kenny so he will be looking for a big performance. That could be easier said than done though.

Best of luck!

The Bet:

Over 3.5 goals – Shamrock Rovers v Bray Wanderers @ 6/4 (Paddy Power) 5pts*

*Based on 1pt equalling to €10
