Extratime Bets - Week 8

WEXFORD YOUTHS can continue their fine start to the season by getting a result at the RSC against Waterford United on Friday night.

Last week this column came up trumps yet again as Cork City thrashed Monaghan United 6-0 to land us in even more profit.

This week bank on Shane Keegan's men to do the same as they visit a struggling Waterford side who they have already beaten 6-0 this season.

Wexford have yet to taste defeat away from home and I do not think they are about to start here.

In their three away games this season Youths are undefeated having won two and drawn one while only conceding a single goal on the road.

On the other hand, Waterford have struggled both home and away. After their opening day disaster against Wexford it looked like they would improve after an impressive win against Limerick.

But since that result the Blues have only recorded ONE win in seven games in all competitions – and that was a 1-0 home win against SD Galway.

I think it could be a tight affair so I have gone for the double chance market as well as the single on the win. Let's hope Wexford keep up their good away form.

Good luck!
