The Republic of Ireland Under-21s depart for Switzerland today, with four changes to the squad originally announced for the double-header UEFA European Championship qualifying matches against Switzerland and Turkey.

Cillian Sheridan (called up to the Republic of Ireland senior squad), Stephen Gleeson (back), James McCarthy (knee) and Aaron Doran (ankle) have all been ruled out, and will be replaced by Adam Rooney (Inverness CT), Richie Towell (Celtic), Graham Carey (Huddersfield Town) and Robbie Brady (Manchester United).
