Four League of Ireland games postponed after pitch inspections

Due to inclement weather a total of four League of Ireland games have been postponed after pitch inspections throughout the day.

Bohemians scheduled game against Dundalk at Dalymount Park is the latest fixture to be postponed with the club confirming at 3pm that their game will not go ahead tonight.

Following a pitch inspection, the League of Ireland had first confirmed that tonight’s fixture between Shamrock Rovers and Drogheda United has been postponed.

Elsewhere, the game between Wexford and Cobh Ramblers at Ferrycarrig Park has been called off after a pitch inspection.

This is the second Friday in a row that has seen the Ferrycarrig Pitch deemed unplayable due to inclement weather.

Bray Wanderers have also confirmed that their game against Longford Town at the Carlisle Grounds has been postponed due to the weather.
