Premier Division outfit Dundalk have confirmed that they are closing in on a deal to sign Jamie Gullan ahead of the 2024 campaign.
Gullan is a striker by trade and is poised to join the Lilywhites from Raith Rovers in the Scottish second-tier.
The 24-year-old was previously on the books of Hibernian in the Scottish top-flight but has been reduced to playing a bit-part role with County this season.
In a statement, Dundalk said they have reached an agreement with Raith for the signing.
And they will complete the transfer pending personal terms and a medical being finalised.
“Dundalk Football Club is delighted to announce that we have reached an agreement with Raith Rovers for the transfer of striker Jamie Gullan, subject to a medical and personal terms being finalised,” it read.
“We will have a further update in the coming days.”
