League of Ireland announces TV broadcasts and schedule changes for Premier Division matches

The League of Ireland has revealed updated fixture timings and TV broadcast details for upcoming SSE Airtricity Men’s Premier Division games.

Shamrock Rovers' visit to Turner's Cross to take on Cork City has been slated for live broadcast on RTÉ2.

The game is scheduled for Monday, October 23, with kick-off moved slightly earlier to 19:30.

This match carries added significance as Shamrock Rovers stand on the brink of clinching their fourth consecutive title.

As a result of this potential title win, the encounter between St Patrick’s Athletic and Sligo Rovers, originally scheduled for a 19:45 start, has also been rescheduled to 19:30 on the same night.

Football fans have more to look forward to, as RTÉ2 will also be televising another Dublin Derby.

Shamrock Rovers will be facing off against St Patrick’s Athletic at Richmond Park on Friday, October 27. The match, originally set to commence at 19:45, will now kick off at 20:00.
