BRAY WANDERERS

Ian Ryan has called on Bray Wanderers to rise to the challenge and reach the First Division play-offs.

The Seagulls have endured a wretched run of results in recent months but are still just abiut in contention for a top-five finish.

They are seven points behind fifth-placed Wexford with just six games left to play – so they are running out of time to claw the gap back.

“This week is massive for us,” Ryan told his club’s media team this week. “In fact, the next six weeks are massive because we’ve got a clear run of six games against all our rivals.

“It’s in our hands what we do and we like it that way.

“But in order to make sure we’re there in the mix for the last couple of weeks of the season, we need to do our business on Friday and that’s no different to Treaty.

“They are in the same boat.”

Cole Omorehiomwan and Sean Quinn are doubts, while Ben Feeney will miss the game due to an ankle injury.

TREATY UNITED

With their play-off hopes hanging by a thread, Treaty United are in must-win territory ahead of their trip to the Carlisle Grounds tonight.

The Shannonsiders were beaten at home by Wexford last weekend – with their boss Tommy Barrett stressing that they had to win to keep hopes alive before the game.

And that defeat came at a further cost.

Lee Devitt must serve a ban following his dismissal while Enda Curran and Sean Guerins are doubts ahead of their trip to Co Wicklow.

Jordan Tallon remains out.

Referee: Chris Sheehan.
