Norwich City has officially secured the signing of Kellen Fisher from Bromley, a team in the Vanarama National League.

The 19-year-old defender has penned a long-term deal with the Canaries, initially set to join the club's academy sides.

Fisher, a product of Bromley's academy, made his debut with the club in an FA Trophy match against Dover Athletic in December 2021.

Following a loan spell at Welling United, he returned to Hayes Lane and had 27 appearances in the National League in the 2022/23 season.

His impressive performance led to him being named the Non-League Paper's Young Player of the Year and Bromley's Supporters' Player of the Season for the 2022/23 campaign.

Reflecting on his move to Carrow Road, Fisher shared his enthusiasm: "I'm buzzing to have signed for the club. I can't wait to get started, and get pre-season underway."

Fisher appears to have been drawn to Norwich City by its clear developmental plan for young talent.

He remarked, "When Norwich came in, I was really excited. There's a vision, there's a plan, and there's the obvious pathway for me. I know there's a lot of youth players that get brought through the club, so it was a no-brainer for me."
