Sligo Rovers secured progress to the third qualifying round of the Europa Conference League with a famous 2-0 second leg win over Scottish Premiership side Motherwell.

Shane Blaney's early first half screamer of a free kick and Max Mata's late second half goal gave them victory in the Showgrounds to go with the 1-0 win from Fir Park last week - earning them a 3-0 aggregate win.

The Bit O' Red will face Viking of Norway in the next round. The Norwegian side won 2-1 at home against Sparta Prague after the first leg ended scoreless last week.
