Shelbourne have announced the re-signing of Rachel Graham ahead of the 2022 Women’s National League campaign.

Graham scored once and featured heavily for the Reds throughout the 2021 season which saw them claim the WNL title for the first time since 2016 and reach the FAI Cup Final where they lost out to Wexford Youths.

The midfielder began her career with Raheny United when she lined out for the Dublin side in the inaugural WNL season in 2011. She remained with the club as the Pandas won two league titles and three FAI Cups.

Graham signed for Shelbourne when Raheny merged with the Drumcondra side ahead of the 2015/16 season and she was part of the squad that won the League and FAI Cup double in 2016.

This is Shelbourne’s second signing in recent days with captain Pearl Slattery announced by the club on Thursday.

The Reds begin their campaign at home to Bohemians on Saturday, 5 March.
