Republic of Ireland Men’s under-19 squad named for European Qualifiers

Tom Mohan has named a twenty man squad for the Republic of Ireland under 19’s three European Championship Qualifiers in Bulgaria this week.

These will be the first competitive fixtures for the side in nearly two years due to the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Inter Milan’s Kevin Zefi and Wolfsburg’s Anselmo Garcia MacNulty are all included in the squad alongside Brentford’s Val Adedokun and Arsenal’s Jack Henry-Francis.

Sligo Rovers’ Johnny Kenny, Shamrock Rovers’ and UCD’s Evan Caffrey make up some of the League of Ireland contingent selected for this week’s games.

The side take on Montenegro on Wednesday, Bosnia and Herzegovina on Saturday before playing their last game in the series next Tuesday, 16 November against Bulgaria. Kick-off for allt here games is 12.30pm.
