FAI Cup semi-finals confirmed for October 22nd both with 7.45pm kick offs

Both semi-finals of the 2021 FAI Cup will take place on Friday, October 22, with a kick-off at 7.45pm.

Bohemians, who beat College Corinthians, Shamrock Rovers and Maynooth University Town on the way to the semi-finals will take on Waterford in Dalymount Park. The Blues had to overcome Athlone Town on penalties before seeing off Kilnamanagh and UCD.

St. Patrick’s Athletic, who last won the cup in 2014, will face Dundalk in Inchicore. Since the Saints last Cup win, Dundalk have contested every single final since, winning three times.

In the event of a replay, both fixtures will be scheduled for Monday, October 25, with the kick-off time to be confirmed. If a replay is needed to decide the winner of either tie, their SSE Airtricity Premier Division fixture on Monday, October 25 will be postponed to facilitate the replay.
