Saint Patrick’s Athletic take on Cobh Ramblers at Richmond Park tomorrow as they look to remain at the summit of the eircom Premier Division.

Pat’s will be full of confidence having dispatched of Linfield with relative ease during the week in the Setanta Cup but will not be taking Ramblers for granted who had an impressive 2-0 victory over Shamrock Rovers last weekend.

Dave Partridge returns for Pat’s after suspension and is likely to replace Joe O’Cearuill who picked up an ankle injury against Linfield. Captain Jamie Harris is also missing through injury. With both 1st choice central defenders out for Pat’s, Ramblers may well look to exploit that weakness. Michael Keane played the last two minutes against Linfield and has returned to full fitness along with Dessie Byrne.

Coach Johnny McDonnell is taking nothing for granted ahead of the clash - “Cobh are coming up here on the back of a great win against Shamrock Rovers. Rovers don’t concede too many goals so to beat them 2-0 was quite a result. We’ll need to be on our guard and we’ll need to treat Cobh with the full respect they deserve.”

Meanwhile on Leeside, Ramblers are likely to start with the same 11 that started the game against Rovers last week.

The game kicks off at 7.45pm.
