Shelbourne set to face Longford Town at Richmond Park in play-off final

Shelbourne and Longford Town will face off against each other at Richmond Park on Sunday afternoon in the promotion/relegation play-off final.

The Reds dropped into the play-off spot after they fell to a defeat at home to Shamrock Rovers on the final night of the season.

They will now face Longford at the home of their eternal Dublin rivals St Patrick’s Athletic as they attempt to ensure top-flight survival.

Daire Doyle’s Longford come into the game fresh off the back of two successive play-off wins.

The most recent of which came on Friday when they defeated Galway United at the UCD Bowl.

The game will have a 2.30pm kick-off and will be streamed live on WatchLOI. The match will be available free to view.
