The FAI have produced a new video aimed at encouraging those who are interested in women's football to get involved and volunteer at grassroots.
Women's football – even more so than the men's game – is almost totally reliant on volunteers at all levels and the video aims to stress that people need not be put off volunteering by lack of expertise.
'Women's Football - More than Sport, Get Involved' features interviews with Justin Reilly and Claire Larkin, coaches with Baldoyle United's underage teams, and Ireland internationals Karen Duggan and Niamh Fahey.
