Galway United have successfully re-signed two players for their senior women's team for the 2024 season - midfielder Jodie Griffin and forward Abbie Callanan.
Griffin, a 17-year-old midfielder from Limerick, will be entering her second season with Galway United.
In the previous season, she made 15 appearances and scored the TG4 Goal of the Year award-winning goal against Treaty United.
Joining Griffin in the 2024 lineup is 20-year-old forward Abbie Callanan.
Callanan, who also signed with the club this year, made 17 appearances last season, scoring four goals.
Before joining United, she had a successful two-year stint with Galway WFC.
Callanan has also represented the Republic of Ireland at the underage level.
