Graham played under-age football with Lourdes Celtic before traveling to England where he joined Derby County, spending two years at the club's youth Academy. He signed his first professional contract in July 2010, before immediately going out on loan to Bray Wanderers.

He made his debut for Bray in the 3-0 defeat against Bohemians on 21 July and made 4 league appearances during his four month loan spell. He returned to Derby County at the end of the 2010 season but re-signed at the Carlisle Grounds for the start of 2011, this time on a permanent deal. He made 14 league appearances in 2011 and scored once, in the 6-0 win over Galway United on 21st October. 2012 was a disappointing year fro Graham and he made just 6 league appearances for Pat Devlin's side, leaving the Seagulls at the end of the season.

In January 2013 Graham joined up with Roddy Collins at Athlone Town for a pre-season friendly against UCD. He also turned out for UCD a week later when they took on Shamrock Rovers but did not sign a contract with either club. Graham then signed for First Division Salthill Devon in time to make his debut as a substitute in the home league game against Wexford Youths on 23 March 2013.

Graham made 10 league appearances for Salthill and scored twice but left the club at the end of July to sign for Roddy Collins at Athlone Town, making his first appearance for them as a substitute in the 1-0 win over Finn Harps on 2 August 2013. He made 7 league appearances over the final months of the season as Athlone claimed the 2013 First Division title. But in January 2014 Graham was on the move again, returning for another spell at Bray Wanderers under new Seagulls manager Alan Mathews.

Although Graham missed the league opener away to Limerick he went on to make 30 league appearances for the Seagulls in 2014 as the club finished tenth of twelve in the Premier Division, narrowly avoiding the end of season relegation play-offs. Graham remained a key part of the Seasiders side for the 2015 season, making 29 league appearances and scoring twice as Bray finished eighth in the Premier Division.

Graham moved to St. Patrick's Athletic for the 2016 season and made his first senior appearance in a Leinster Senior Cup tie away to his old club Bray Wanderers on 20 February. He scored twice in 29 league appearances that year and also played in all four of the Saint's Europa League ties, against Jeunesse Esch and Dinamo Minsk.

Graham re-signed with Pats at the end of the 2018 season.
