Avril’s Biography
Avril Kilkelly is a defender for Castlebar Celtic.
Avril signed for Castlebar in 2009. She had previously played with Westport United. She was part of the Castlebar Celtic squad for the inaugural Women's National League in 2011.
Avril has represented Connacht in Gaynor Cups from 2007-2011, captaining the side in 2010 and winning the Cup in 2011. She also captained Mayo u14 side and represented Ireland at U-15 schools, U-17 and u-19 level.
Avril has 7 international caps with the Republic of Ireland
