Its all over at Belfield, UCD fully deserved the victory , apart from a 20 min period at the start of the second half when Treaty came more in to the match, the students were the more impressive outfit
UCD have one more game away to league winners Shelbourne, but as they cannot now get to second place following Galway Utd's win tonight, that game will be pretty meaningless and all their focus will be on the first promotion play off match on Nivember 3rd.
Treaty have another trip to Dublin next weekend when they face Cabinteely before they also refocus for their promotion play off match also on November 3rd.
That's it from Patrick O' Connor at Belfield, hope you enjoyed the live updates and Extratime.ie will be back in action again for you in early November for the two legged play off matches.

Joe Collins draws a save from Healy, the ball goes out for a corner but again its overhit and goes straight for a throw in at the far side.
A much more even game in the second half, UCD are not as free flowing as they were in the first half while Treaty have drawn great confidence from that equaliser.
Dean George picks up a long through ball into the centre of the UCD defence, he gets the better of Sam Todd and easily beats Healy for Treaty's equaliser.
3 mind added time.
UCD have regained control of the match since that second goal and Treaty dont like they have much more to give as they begin to run out of steam
Coming up to half time, Treaty have certainly come back into the game and have forced a few corners, while Coulstrain is geting some joy from Osam on their right wing
Armshaw has a shot on goal but Healy gathers is easily, thats better from the Limerick side
The game is gone a bit scrappy , Treaty have settled down and are beginning to create a few attacks without really threatening

The Treaty Utd team is announced and it shows three changes from the team which drew 1-1 with Athlone Town last weekend .
Joe Collins, Dean George and Willie Armshaw all start instead of Kieran Hanlon, Matt Keane and Stephen Christopher.
Both of these teams are already guaranteed to be involved in the play off matches in early November, and with UCD currently in third place and Treaty Utd occupying fouth place, tonight's match could well indeed be a dress rehersal if they end up being paired together again in the play off's.
