Live Updates for Cork City -v- Shelbourne

94'

A stronger and more experienced Shelbourne  team have  dealt fairly comfortably with the challenge posed by a more youthful Cork City team.

The absence of many of their central defenders through injury and suspension has cost them dearly as they were bady exposed in that area for both of the goals conceded.

Shels showed why they have been runaway leaders of the First Division all season with a fairly commanding performance even though they did not really need to hit fifth gear at any stage tonight.

Its a setback for City as their already faint hopes of making a top four slot have now dimimshed following this reverse.

This is Patrick O' Connor signing off from Turners Cross, hope you enjoyed the live updates !!!
