Finally some positive Dundalk play. Gannon crosses from the right to the unmarked McMillan but he can only head straight at McGinty.
Major Dundalk shouts for a pen as Donelon goes in on Gannon, but referee Derek Tomney waves away any protests and rightly so.

Hoare caught completely under a cross leaving Junior unmarked but he can only volley straight at Rogers big chance.
WHAT A SAVE! Ed McGinty showing why he is in the under21 Irish squad as he saves at full stretch from Cleary.
Yellow Card
Murray sees his effort deflected comfortably into the hands of McGinty.
Even though Sligo have less possession they are far more purposeful than their opponents, Dundalk not at the pitch of it so far.
Cross from Murray from the right finds Colovic, the Serbian lays off Flores but he bends his effort high and wide.
Fantastic cross from the right from Banks towards Coughlan but its ruled offside.
Sligo sitting in well and encouraging Dundalk to attack before winning possession and springing into a counterattack.
Searching ball from Buckley to Coughlan cuts out Dan Cleary and the Sligo centre-forward controls well in the box before Gartland gets over to intercept.
Coughlan flicks the header over from beyond the near post still 0-1.
Great counterattack from Rovers, Donelom steps out and plays Coughlan in down the left. He plays it back to Junior but he just can't get a strike on goal.
Hoban hits a low driven cross from the left which McGinty does well to come out and hold.
Finally a decent period of Dundalk possession ends in a neat turn and hit from Colovic, which McGinty waves wide.
Flores turn to give the ball needlessly away.
Hoare just passes out of play, the home side under pressure here.
Coughlan stings the gloves of Rogers after De Vries wins the ball high up. A minute later he nearly slips in Junior, Dundalk defence all over the shop here.
From nowhere Sligo are ahead. Devers went to cross from the right wing, 40 yards from goal, his cross completely catches Rogers off guard and flies into the far corner. Howler you would have to say.
GOAL!
Quickly taken free kick from Cawley has De Vries in down the right, his cross is met by Coughlan who can only glance header wide.
Dundalk have gone back to the traditional 4-3-3 rather than the 3-5-2 they have been using for the last couple weeks.
Flores volleys the rebound from 35+ yards, on target, comfortable save.
John Mahon goes in high on Colovic, free kick to Dundalk.
GAME ON!
Welcome to Oriel on a mild November evening.
Dundalk just need a single point to qualify for Europe next season. Sligo are on the hunt for a top 4 finish that would see them attain European football provided one of the current top three.
Reports and updates to follow with me, David Wilson.
