Yousef Mahdy scores for UCD. Can you believe this, a very rare attack for the students and they have equalised. Farrugia broke free on the left wing and cut the ball back across where Mahdy was waiting, he evaded the Rovers defence and slotted home an unlikely equaliser from 6 yards. Game on!!
What an effort! Byrne finds himself in a simliar position to where he scored the opener, maybe a little further out and strikes an absolute worldie that looks to be heading for the top right hand corner but Conor Kearns pulls off a fantastic save to tip it over the bar.
That should have been 2! Byrne with another sublime ball into the box for Aaron McEneff but his effort from a couple of yards out is weak and straight into Kearns'hands, he'll be disappointed with that.
To give credit to UCD they haven't panicked and are sticking to their gameplan and trying to play the ball out from the back.

That should have been 1-0! Again Byrne is the creator, he plays a lovely ball through to Greene who finds himself one on one with the keeper but Kearns makes himself big and denies Greene.

Another great move by Rovers, Jack Byrne sprays a beautiful pass on the outside of his boot into the path of Greene who returns it to Byrne who in turn feeds Watts. He strikes and is inches from finding the target.

The lastest opponents for both teams were UCD, and both teams came away with three points, Rovers winning 1-0 up in Finn Park a fortnight ago and UCD running out 3-0 winners over Ollie Horgan's men last weekend.
