Adam Hanlon brings the best ou of Gilmartin as he lets fly from 25 yards which the keeper gets a tip to devert wide. The corner comes to nothing.
Fagan forces Burdon into a fantastic diving save as he almost manages to beat the Shels keeper with a header at the back post.

Straight up the other end we go and this time Darren Tinelly tries his luck from distance as he shoots wide from 30 yards out. Good effort by the Shels player.
Jake Kelly through on goal forces Niall Burdon into a great one handed save when it look certain that the Pats player was about to put his team in front.
Shels almiost get in but a ball over the top to Dean Kelly is flagged as being offside.
Shels have dominated the half so far but have little or nothing to show for their efforts.
Gareth O'Connor who has a great name by the way levels things up at half time after Christy Fagan had given Pats the lead.

Garreth O'Connor scores for Shelbourne. The Shels player sends Gilmartin the wrong way with his shot from the left hand side of the box. A deserved goal for the home side who have been on top for the last ten minutes.
Dean kelly is still waiting for a goal as this time Rene Gilmartin saves from the forward with his leg. Great save by the keeper as he was already on the ground.

Dean Kelly somehow fails to score as he shoots straight at Gilmartin from inside the box before failing to tap in the rebound aswell.

Pats still on top but they aren't going anywhere with the ball either.
