Isabel played with Treaty United's WU17 squad for 2022 and in 2023 she joined Athlone Town's WU17 team. 2023 was also the year that she made her senior debut, coming on as a sub against Sligo Rovers on 19 August. She made her first league start against Bohemians three weeks later and scored the opening goal in a 5-0 win.
Isabel made a total of 7 league and cup appearances in her debut season, including a WFAI Cup final appearance as a substitute when Athlone lifted the trophy after a penalty shoot-out win over Shelbourne in the final.
In 2024, Isabel scored once in 21 league and cup appearances, winning a league title with Athlone and appearing in another WFAI Cup final, this time suffering a 6-1 defeat to Shelbourne. The following year, 2025, Isabel was part of Athlone's League and Cup double winning side, scoring twice in 27 appearances.
