Christy’s Biography
Christy played Junior football with Janesboro in Limerick before signing for Newcastlewest under new manager Johnny Matthews in the Summer of 1986. He made his League of Ireland debut as a substitute in a 0-0 draw with UCD at the Demesne on 19 October '86.
