Three more minutes here.
Brandon Bermingham scores for Drogheda United with a super strike from distance right into the top right hand corner of the goal.
Drogheda still pressing hard doing well with the ten men. Game is still open with both teams still seeking the next goal.
James Brown with a great run down the left and his cross goes over Chris Lyons head to Brandon Bermingham at the back post. His effort hits the side nettting.
Hoops hit the woodwork again. A raking Rovers break after Brandon Kavanagh beautiful through ball set Thomas Oluwa wide left. He raced towards the peno area and squared for Dean Williams. He showed quick footwork to get free and lift the ball over David Odumosu but it clipped the underside of the bar and out to safety from a United point of view.
Sean Callan fouls Chris Lyons and Jake Hyland gets to put a free into the Rovers box but the Hoops clear.
Rovers hit the post but Thomas Oluwa should have scored. Brandon Kavanagh's touch came to the striker but he couldn't find back of the net.
Stephen Bradley was full of praise for Dean Williams when I spoke to him after yesterday's Premier Division game where Williams came on as a sub in the second half.
"He is unfortunate not to start. He has been brilliant. It was a really tight decision whether to play him or not. Dean is a player who we rate really highly and he will score goals for us this season and in the future."
Shamrock Rovers II have won a corner kick after mix up between Odumosu and Hugh Douglas. Brandon Kavanagh will take it.
Rovers break from that opposition corner and David Odumosu saves John Ryan's long distance effort.
Another wide shot from Brandon Kavanagh from the edge of the area.
James Clarke replaces Luke Heeney for Drogheda United. Heeney had just nine minutes on the pitch before that Nugent tackle ended his day. He is carried off and down the tunnel.
Bad tackle by Darragh Nugent that United aren't happy with. No foul but the sub Luke Heeney is down and he looks like he has to come off. Tim Clancy with plenty of blue language.
Just prior to the goal Tim Clancy had made a double substitution. Of course there are five subs allowed in the re-started season.
Mark Doyle scores for Drogheda United after he ran onto a super Chris Lyons pass. Doyle rifles it low to back of the net passed Pohls.
It is gets worse for Tim Clany's men as Mark Hughes is sent off for Drogheda United after an over top tackle on Liam Scales.
Another set peice for Kavanagh for Rovers but it is free kick that he bends low around the wall but just wide of David Odumosu's right hand post.
Sean Callan scores for Shamrock Rovers II with another header from a Brandon Kavanagh corner. Thomas Oluwa's had a shot deflected and that earned them the corner.
Four at the back from Drogheda with Chris Lyons and Jordan Adeyemo up front for the visitors.
Rovers playing 3-4-1-2 with Liam Scales in the middle of the back three for the Hoops.
Thomas Oluwa held the ball up well and spotting Brandon Kavanagh's run he backheels it to Kavanagh. David Odumosu races from the Drogheda goal and smothers well.
Jake Hyland's shot from the edge of the area takes a deflection and Pohls does well to readjuest his feet to gather low down. Good pressure by the Drogs.
A deep Drogheda cross by James Brown isn't dealt with well by Leon Pohls. Rovers first team reserve 'keeper gathers at the second attempt.
Brandon Kavanagh is playing in behind Rovers II front two of Dean Williams and Thomas Oluwa. He gets on the ball and shoots with his left but he drags wide on the right.
After only 40 seconds Liam Scales scores for Shamrock Rovers II. Rovers pressed from the kick off and won a corner. Brandon Kavanagh swept it in from the left and Rovers senior squad player Scales ran across the six yard to head home.
