Its two wins apiece in the regular league season. Waterford winning the first two 3-1 and 5-0 whilst Cobh succeeded in the last two 1-0 and 2-0.

It is down to the 2nd and 3rd place sides to decide who faces Cork City next weekend for a place in the Premier Division next year.
Waterford have been away for two years after their loss to UCD in 2011.
For Cobh, it has been 15 years since they tasted life in the top flight. It has been tough years since then for them.
