Scotland’s Biography

Scotland are the joint oldest national team in the world having played against England in the first ever international fixture in 1872. They played in their first World Cup Finals in 1954 and have competed in a total of eight Finals, the last being in 1998.

Scotland have played in three European Championship Finals; in Sweden in 1992, in England in 1996 and Euro 2020 hosted across numerous European cities.
