Darragh’s Biography

Darragh started his League of Ireland career with Shelbourne in 2006. He spent six months at Tolka Park and left without having made a first team appearance to sign for Longford Town in July 2006.

In 2007 Darragh joined Kildare County where he made 13 appearances over the season. He moved on over the winter, joining Monaghan United in 2008 where he scored 16 goals in 71 appearances over the next three seasons.

Darragh left Monaghan at the end of the 2010 season and joined Drogheda United where he played under his former Monaghan boss, Mick Cooke. He made 14 league appearances that season, but was released in June 2011. Darragh's next stop was Newry City of the Irish League where he scored twice on his debut in a 4-2 home win over Larne on 20 September 2011. He went to score 22 times in 39 appearances that in 11/12, but one year later, almost to the day, Darragh was left without a club when Newry folded having had a winding up order granted against them.

On 28 November Darragh returned to the League of Ireland, signing for Aaron Callaghan at Bohemians. he made his debut for the Gypsies against UCD on the opening night of the 2013 season but made just 4 league appearances before quitting the club in April.
