Damien’s Biography
Damien began his career with Athlone Town in 1999 and was the club's Player of the Year in 2005. His first spell at the club ended when he was released by the club at the end 2006 after eight seasons at St Mels Park.
In 2008, Damien signed for Longford Town where he made 34 league appearances over the season before returning to Athlone Town at the start of 2009. In an injury plagued season, Damien made 11 league appearances for Brendan Place's side.
The following year Damien played for local side St Peters but In 2011 he returned for a third spell at Athlone and made his first appearance in the home game against Finn Harps on August 5th. He made 9 league appearances that year and added 16 more in 2012.
