Dan’s Biography

Dan is a goalkeeper who began his career in England with Peterborough United in 1998. He spent five years there, making just 8 league appearances, before returning to Ireland where he signed for Waterford United in 2003. While at Waterford he had the distinction of scoring the winning goal in an FAI Cup semi-final in 2004.

In 2005 Dan signed for Drogheda United where he spent four seasons, helping the club to the 2007 league title. He made 57 league appearances for the club before leaving at the end of the 2008 season to join Cork City. The 2009 season saw City finish 3rd in the Premier Division but implode financially and Dan left Turner's Cross to sign for St Patrick's Athletic in 2010.

He spent just six months at Richmond Park, making just 5 league appearances, and in July 2010 he left to join English side Hereford United. Unfortunately, a hip injury forced Dan to retire from the game at the end of the 2010/11 season.
