Craig’s Biography

Craig played with Cherry orchard in 2009 and signed for Shamrock Rovers in January 2010 after finishing third in Sky One's "Football's Next Star". But Craig's first team opportunities at Rovers were limited to the Leinster Senior Cup and in July '09 he went on loan to Longford Town.

Craig's Longford debut came in a 2-2 home draw against Salthill Devon on 7 August 2009 and he went on to make 8 league appearances by the end of the season. At the start of 2011 he signed a permanent deal at Flancare Park and made 24 league appearances as Longford finished sixth in the First Division. The following year Craig made just 7 league appearances as Longford made the promotion play-offs and he left the club at the end of the 2012 season.

In February 2013 Craig joined UCD. He played 26 times for the Students in the league and scored once, a long range effort against Shelbourne in a 2-1 loss. In November 2013, he moved to Bohemians under Owen Heary and made 22 league appearances for the Gypsies as they finished in seventh place in the table. He left the club at the end of the season and linked up with the Fifpro squad for out-of-contract players before signing for Kevin Doherty at Shelbourne in January 2015.

Craig went on to make twenty-two league appearances for Shelbourne, scoring once in a 2-2 draw with Waterford United, as the club just missed out on the play-offs and finished fourth in the 2015 First Division. He left the club at the end of the season.

After spells in the Leinster Senior League with Inchicore Athletic and Crumlin United, Craig returned to League of Ireland football with Bray Wanderers in June 2018.
