Emeka’s Biography

Emeka is a Nigerian-born forward who joined Bray Wanderers in 2007. He made his debut as a substitute against Longford Town on 27 July and scored his first senior goal in a 1-1 draw away to UCD on 5 October '07. Emeka continued to play with Bray in 2008 but joined Athlone Town at the start of 2009, making his debut away to Mervue United on the opening night of the season.

In February 2014 Emeka was named among the squad for Shamrock Rovers reserves as they entered the 2014 First Division. He went on to make twenty appearances for the B team in the First Division, scoring his only goal against Cobh Ramblers, in what would be a 3-1 win for the young squad.

In January 2015 Emeka joined up with Bray Wanderers for their pre-season series of friendlies and eventually signed for the club ahead of the 2015 season. He went on to make twenty-two league appearances for the Seagulls, scoring once in the 4-0 win over Limerick, as Bray finished eighth in the Premier Division. He left the club at the end of the season.

In February 2016, Emeka signed for Athlone Town. He went on to make twelve league appearances for the club, scoring in a 2-2 draw with Cobh Ramblers, before he left Athlone in June 2016.
