Matus’s Biography
Matus Kozacik was a part of the Slovakia squad that played the Republic of Ireland in March 2016. He was playing with Viktoria Plzen in the Czech Republic at the time, having joined the club back in June 2012. He previously played for Slovak club VSS Kosice, Czech rivals Slavia Prague and Sparta Prague as well as Cyrpiot club Anorthosis Famagusta before returning to the Czech Republic.
Matus was still playing for Viktoria Plzen when he was included in Slovakia's squad for the 2016 European Championship.
