Daniel began playing with Liverpool's academy when he was aged 11.
In January 2018., Daniel appeared with Shamrock Rovers on trial. A week later Birmingham officially announced his release.
In February 2018, after spending the whole pre-season with Shamrock Rovers, Dundalk announced that they had signed Daniel to a two-year deal. Daniel extended his contract by signing a new three year deal in October 2018.
