Conor played for St. Patrick's Athletic's u17 squad for the 2015 and 2016 seasons. He Richmond Park in November 2016 and signed for Pete Mahon at newly promoted Drogheda United.
Conor re-signed for the 2018 season with Drogheda. Conor then re-sgined with Drogheda for the 2019 campaign also having made 56 appearances for the club up to then. In November 2020, Conor signed back with Drogheda for 2021 having already made over 100 appearances for the club.
