Aaron played for Mervue United's u17 squad for the 2015 and 2016 seasons.
In July 2016 Aaron signed for Brigton & Hove Albion. In July 2020, Aaron signed a new 4 year deal with Brighton having made the breakthrough into their first team during the 2019/2020 season, a season in which he also gained his first Republic of Ireland caps.
