Eoin was a part of the West Ham United underage set-up until he was released in June 2013. He then joined Bohemians in May 2014 under manager Owen Heary. Eoin made his LOI debut on 2 May 2014 as a half-time substitute in a 1-1 draw with Derry City. He had a successful season at Dalymount Park, scoring three goals in 15 league games for the Gypsies, before following Heary to Sligo Rovers at the end of 2014.

Eoin scored on his debut for the Bit o'Red in the 1-1 draw with Derry City on 21 March 2015 and went on to make a total of 11 league appearances for the club before leaving on 21 July 2015. The next day, he returned to Bohemians, now managed by Keith Long. He ended the season with 11 league appearances for Bohs as they finished fifth in the Premier Division. The following year Eoin played in 28 of Bohemians' 33 league games. Eoin missed nearly the entire 2017 season after injuring his cruciate in pre-season.

In January 2018, Eoin signed for Limerick FC.
