Declan’s Biography
Declan is a defender who played college football in the US before returning to Ireland to sign for Athlone Town on 5 March 2014. His Athlone debut came against UCD at Belfield on 21 March and he made 11 league appearances in a season that saw the midlanders relegated from the Premier Division. He joined fellow First Division side UCD in February 2015.
However Declan left UCD soon after with the club confirming he was no longer with them shortly before the start of the 2015 season. Declan later played for Drumcondra FC in the Leinster Senior Cup match against Longford Town in March 2016.
