Michael’s Biography

Michael joined Athlone Town's U19 squad for the 2013/14 season and had his first outing with the senior side as an unused substitute in the Premier League game away to St Patrick's Athletic on 25 April 2014. His first league appearance came on the 25th May as a late substitute in a 2-0 win over UCD, his only league appearance of the 2014 season. He left the club at the end of the season to concentrate on GAA.

Michael returned to Athlone Town in June 2016 and scored twice in 10 league appearances over the latter half of the season, one in which the Midlands side finished bottom of the First Division table.
