Patrick’s Biography

Patrick played for Athlone Town's U19 squad for the 2013/14 season and played for the first team in a summer friendly against Bradford City in 2013. He also made the bench on a few occasions for Roddy Collins' First Division title winning side of 2013. Patrick stayed with Athlone Town for their 2014 return to the Premier Division but didn't make a league appearance as the Midlands side were relegated back to the First Division. In 2015 Patrick made 17 league appearances before leaving Athlone to sign for Drogheda United.

Patrick's first competitive appearance for the Drogs came in a Leinster Senior Cup defeat to Bohemians on 22 February 2016 and he played in their opening 4 league games that year. However, he was then replaced by Stephen McGuinness and spent the remainder of 2016 on the subs bench, making no further league or cup appearances.
