Tony’s Biography

Tony played underage football for Charleville AFC and signed for Limerick in 2011. He got his first taste of senior football in a summer friendly against Manchester City in August 2012 and began to be included in Stuart Taylor's matchday squads in August 2013. He made his league debut away to Bray Wanderers on 13 October and made 3 league appearances as Limerick finished seventh in the 2013 Premier Division table. He stayed with u19 team for the 2013/14 but also played eight times for the senior squad as Limerick finished sixth in the league in the 2014 season.

In 2015 Tony made 13 league appearances as Limerick secured a relegation play-off spot on the last day of the season. However, he didn't play in either play-off match and Limerick were relegated to the First Division after being defeated by Finn Harps. The following year Limerick won the First Division title at a canter with Tony making 14 league appearances for Martin Russell's men.
