Behrang’s Biography
Behrang is an Iranian born Swedish defender who plays for Anderlecht in Belgium.
Behrang's family moved to Sweden when he was two years old and he began his professional career at Swedish side Malmo FF. He won the league title with Malmo in 2004, his debut season, and became a first team regular in 2005.
He made 59 league appearances in his four years at Malmo and signed for Swiss side FC Basle in the summer of 2008. He spent three years at Basel, making 94 league appearances, and in May 2011 he joined Belgian side Anderlecht.
Behrang made his international debut for Sweden against Costa Rica in January 2008 and has over 20 senior caps.
