Jamie played on trial with Shelbourne during the summer of 2013 and signed for the Reds on 11 July 2013. He made his competitive debut away to St Patrick's Athletic on 16 August and had made 5 league appearances by the end of the season. In January 2014 he signed for Alan Mathews at Bray Wanderers. Jamie went on to make four appearances for the Seasiders before leaving the club in August 2014.

Jamie played with Cabinteely FC in the pre-season of 2015, the team's first season as a League of Ireland club. He later signed for the club and went onto make 16 league appearances during the season. He left the club at the end of the season and played for the PFAI squad at the FifPro tournement. Jamie then signed for Drogheda United in January 2016.
