Joe’s Biography
Joe Gormley was signed to Cliftonville as a teenager but left to join Northern Amateur League side Crumlin Star where he scored 61 goals including 12 hat-tricks in the 2010/11 season.
He returned to Cliftonville for the beginning of the 2011/12 season and made his debut in the Europa League clash with Welsh Premier League club The New Saints (TNS) in June 2011.
Gormley signed for English side Peterborough United in 2015 but in September suffered a bad knee injury that sidelined him for the rest of the season. Following a loan spell with St Johnstone, Gormley returned to Cliftonville in 2017.
