Robert’s Biography
Robert Kovácsevics, 31, is a Hungarian defender who has played for Kaposvári Rákóczi FC in the Hungarian Premier Division. He previously had spells at Pécsi Mecsek FC and Marcali VFC.
He spent some time on trial at Cork City and Bohemians early in 2011 before joining Drogheda United in March. He made his debut against Bray Wanderers in the EA Sports Cup on 28 March and made his league bow for the club four days later against Shamrock Rovers on April 1st.
Robert made only one further appearance as a substitute before leaving Drogheda due to personal reasons.
