TREATY UNITED

In-form Treaty United will be looking to maintain their good run of results on Friday night at the Market’s Field.

Tommy Barrett’s side have won four of their last five matches and have catapulted themselves up to sixth in the table.

The Limerick side went on a four-game winning streak during that period, but that ground to a halt last weekend against Galway United.

In that defeat, the Tribesmen eased past Barrett’s charges with a 3-0 win.

To add insult to injury, defender Andy Spain was dismissed in the second period and will miss Friday’s clash against Harps due to suspension.

He will be joined by Ben O’Riordan who is also ruled out for the same reason after his red card against Longford Town in a 3-0 win at Bishopsgate.

Meanwhile, Conor Winn, Darren Collins, Success Edogun, Mark Walsh, Fionn Doherty, Conor Barry, Anto O’Donnell and Denzil Fernandez are all expected to miss out via injury.

FINN HARPS

Struggling Finn Harps face another test in their task to rise up the First Division table this evening as they visit Treaty United.

Harps come into this evening’s game off the back of another heavy loss at the hands of Waterford – losing 4-0 this time at Finn Park.

That defeat followed previous losses at the hands of Bray Wanderers, Cobh Ramblers and Athlone Town.

The last win came on April 21st against Wexford – but since then they have gone five games without a victory.

That means Dave Rogers sit ninth in the table, and they are six points off fifth placed Athlone Town who are in the final play-off spot.

But ahead of Friday’s game against Treaty, Harps are likely to be without Ellis Farrar and Ryan Rainey due to long-term injuries.

Cian Lynch is also expected to miss out. Daithi McCallion is suspended.

Referee: Paul Norton.
