Shelbourne announce return of Sophie Watters

    • Shelbourne have announced the return of Sophie Watters to Tolka Park ahead of the 2023 Women’s Premier Division season.

    Watters makes the move to the northside of Dublin having spent the 2022 season with DLR Waves.

    The midfielder began her career with the Reds in 2017 before moving to Dalymount Park in 2020 ahead of Bohemians inaugural season in senior women’s football.

    Shelbourne, the current league and cup champions, begin their season at home to Cork City on Saturday, 4 March.
