Aife Haran re-signs for Sligo Rovers

Sligo Rovers have announced the re-signing of Aife Haran ahead of the 2023 Women’s Premier Division season.
Haran was a member of Sligo’s first under 17 Women’s National League side before joining Athlone Town in 2020.
She then returned to the Bit O’Red during the summer transfer window last season and became a first team regular for Steve Feeney’s side.
‘’I’m delighted to be re-signing with Sligo Rovers and looking forward to the 2023 season,” Haran said, speaking to the club’s website.
‘’I think it’ll be important that we use last year’s experience to push on and gain more consistency throughout the season.
‘’Steve and his management team have a vision for success and I’m excited to work with them again’’.
The announcement of Haran comes just a day after the club revealed that Helen Monaghan had re-signed for the club for the 2023 season.
